I am a licensed realtor with Dulay Homes, specializing in helping clients buy, sell, invest and rent homes in the King County, Eastside in the state of Washington. With over two decades of experience in software technology, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry. I leverage my expertise in data analytics and AI to provide clients with accurate market insights, the right price to buy/sell a home, and compelling marketing material that gets them a top deal. Building a strong relationship with my clients to have a positive impact on their lives is the most important part of this process for me.

As a proud Washington resident for 20 years, I have personally experienced the journey from renting to condo-living to finally owning a home.  I am also a Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) certified First-Time Home Buyer instructor. I am, especially, passionate about assisting first-time home buyers in living the American dream of home ownership.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, reading, working on tech, cooking and parenting my teen with my husband.  I am fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi and Konkani.
